ADMISSIONS PROCESS AT REFRESH RECOVERY & WELLNESS CENTERS

Continuing your journey is easy at Refresh Recovery & Wellness Centers. Our dedicated staff is with you every step of the way, making sure that you keep moving forward in the addiction recovery process.

Those steps include:

01

PHASE 1: REACH OUT

Making the call and reaching out for support is the critical first step. Our admissions team will fill you in on what to expect, where to go, and how it works. Every step after that, we will be there with you to ensure you are equipped to meet your recovery goals. Our people are compassionate, caring, and understanding, never pushy!

02

PHASE 2: DISCUSS INSURANCE COVERAGE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Here is where our administrative team will help you understand what your insurance will cover and if any services are not covered. Private pay is accepted for treatment at Refresh Recovery, and costs can be covered by most insurance policies.

03

PHASE 3: GET ADMITTED

Clients will be formally admitted by the director of operations or another member of Refresh Recovery’s upper management. We will get to know who you are, what you’re currently struggling with, and what your goals are.

04

PHASE 4: INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLAN

Here is where each client will be evaluated by each level of our clinical team, from the nurse and Clinical Director to the assigned Clinician. At this time, a treatment plan will be customized to best meet the client’s needs and establish a foundation for the coming weeks.

05

PHASE 5: IMMERSION

Clients will be immersed in their custom treatment program, working both in groups and with clinical staff one-on-one. Here is where the work is done, and practical coping skills are developed. Here is where the healing begins. Here is where you become refreshed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ADMISSIONS

Do you provide telehealth services for mental and behavioral health treatment?
Yes! Depending on each patient’s individual treatment plan, we will offer virtual telehealth services alongside in-person treatment. We are happy to boast one of the most technologically packed virtual programs in the state. Our virtual tracks will immerse you in our full program offerings from the safety and convenience of your own home.
Can I start with the lowest level of support and then go up later if needed?
Getting help for behavioral health concerns and substance abuse is a lifeline to creating success in every other area of life. Clients are expected to start with the level of support that matches their needs as determined by the intake evaluation. Adjustments can be made as needed.
Will I get stuck in a group setting, or will I have private therapy sessions?
Both! Each patient will spend several hours a week with their primary therapist. How many hours that will be will depend on their unique treatment plan. Group sessions are also a vital part of treatment and a foundational element of our core programs.
What about missing work for treatment? I don’t want to lose my job.
Depending on your treatment plan and your work schedule, it’s possible that you will miss work while attending treatment. But rest assured, there are federal laws that protect your employment under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Our staff will ensure you understand how this works and how to take advantage of this support. We want to ensure you begin treatment with us without worrying about financial burdens.
